Hugh Clifton is a member of House Clifton. He is part of Margaery Tyrell's personal guard.[1]

A Feast for Crows
Having been tortured, the Blue Bard includes Hugh in the names of those who spent time with Queen Margaery Tyrell.[1] Queen Cersei Lannister has an arrest warrant signed for Hugh as part of her plans to remove Margaery. He is sent to the dungeons after his arrest.[2]
A Dance with Dragons
Hugh is held with the rest of Margaery's accused lovers in a dungeon under the charge of Qyburn.[3]
