Tyrion II Lannister, called the Tormentor, was a King of the Rock of House Lannister of Casterly Rock.[1]
History
Though strong and famed for his prowess with the battle-axe, Tyrion II was known for his delight in torture, and it was whispered of him he desired no woman unless he first made her bleed.[1]
