Clement Celtigar was a member of House Celtigar during the Dance of the Dragons. He was the son and heir of Lord Bartimos Celtigar.[1]
History
Clement became the Lord of Claw Isle after the death of his father during the riot in King's Landing in 130 AC.[2]
After the ascension of King Aegon III Targaryen, Lord Clement rode to King's Landing from Duskendale with Ser Corwyn Corbray and Lady Staunton.[1]
