Fearless Ithoke is a pit fighter famed in Meereen.[1] His origin is unknown, but he supports the pit fighting culture of the city.[1]

A Dance with Dragons
Fearless Ithoke, along with his fellow pit fighters Barsena Blackhair, Camarron of the Count, Goghor the Giant, Khrazz, the Spotted Cat, and Belaquo Bonebreaker, accompanies Hizdahr zo Loraq when he petitions Daenerys Targaryen for the seventh time for the fighting pits of Meereen to be reopened.[1]

Shortly before the resumption of the second siege of Meereen, Ithoke stands beside the Spotted Cat among the several hundred pit fighters who have gathered for the battle near the Spire of Skulls.[2]
