Harlaw is a member of House Harlaw and the daughter of Hotho Harlaw, the master of the Tower of Glimmering.[2]
Appearance
According to her father, she is a fair twelve-year-girl, newly flowered, with hair the color of honey. She has small breasts but good hips. She looks more like her mother than her father.[2]

A Feast for Crows
Her father goes to Ten Towers hoping to persuade his widowed cousin and liege lord, Rodrik Harlaw, to marry her but Rodrik refuses.[2]
Before the kingsmoot, Hotho offers his support to Victarion Greyjoy and offers him his daughter for his queen. Victarion promises Hotho he will take a look at the girl after he has been crowned.[3] Euron Greyjoy wins the election, however.[4]
