Ondrew Locke is the Lord of Oldcastle and the head of House Locke.[3]

Appearance and Character
Ondrew is an old man, with vulturous features and no teeth left in his mouth.[1] Despite his age, he is outspoken and bold.[4]
Recent Events
A Clash of Kings
Ondrew is invited to the harvest feast at Winterfell but considers himself too old to make the trip.[5]
A Dance with Dragons
Ondrew, called "old Lord Locke", attends the wedding of Ramsay Bolton and "Arya Stark" (actually Jeyne Poole) at Winterfell. Theon Greyjoy notes that the face of Lord Locke seems bestial in the shifting light, reminding Theon of a vulture.[1] Lord Locke is concerned about the endless snowfall affecting Winterfell. He is overheard saying that the gods have turned against them all, cursing them with "a wind as cold as hell itself and snows that never end."[4]
Lord Locke is last seen having breakfast, sitting beside Lord Wyman Manderly. While Wyman eats sausages and boiled eggs, the "toothless" Locke contents himself with gruel. When Ser Hosteen Frey attacks Wyman with a longsword, Lord Locke starts shouting for a maester to tend to the wounded man.[6]
