Orson Stone is an exiled knight from Westeros, a sellsword and member of the Windblown.[2]
Appearance and Character
Daenerys Targaryen describes Orson as a red-faced man.[3] He is known as the Bastard Knight by the rest of the Windblown.[1] His surname implies that he is probably a bastard born or raised in the Vale.
History
At some time the Tattered Prince dispatched Orson's brother to the Sorrows.[1]
Recent Events
A Dance with Dragons
Orson Stone takes part of the Siege of Astapor. He is later sent by the Tattered Prince along with the other Westerosi Windblown to go over to Daenerys Targaryen.[1]
Daenerys has Orson and the other Westerosi Windblown imprisoned after she learns from Prince Quentyn Martell that they have turned their cloaks on the orders of the Tattered Prince. Daenerys sends the only woman of the lot, Pretty Meris, back to the Tattered Prince[4] but Orson and the others remain imprisoned in the dungeons of the Great Pyramid of Meereen.[5]
