Qyle Nymeros Martell was a Dornish prince and younger brother to Princess Aliandra Martell.[2]
History
Prince Qyle was a son of Prince Qoren Martell. His elder sister, Aliandra became Princess of Dorne after their father's death.[2] The small council of the Iron Throne suggested Qyle as a possible husband for Lady Baela Targaryen and father of a potential male heir to the Seven Kingdoms, but he was soon dismissed. Baela was instead arranged to marry Lord Thaddeus Rowan, though she broke the betrothal by marrying Lord Alyn Velaryon without the consent of the council.[3]
Qyle and his sister Coryanne were later angered by the attentions the flirtatious Aliandra lavished upon Lord Alyn when he came to Sunspear.[2]
