Real life Influence
I have added a Real life Influence section and wanted to know if this type of commentary is part of the scope of this wiki or should I remove it? Mor 18:14, 14 September 2011 (UTC)

Real life influence
I added on greatly to this section because clearly the Unsullied derive from the Swiss pikemen mercenaries and guards, and less from the Greek and Romans. If you read the section you can see how nearly identical the two mercenary armies were and how ridiculously similar the history of the Unsullied and Swiss pikemen mercenaries are. However I kept the sections that show correlations between the armies of antiquity out of respect of the original author. Though I think there are incorrect, seeing the Greek hoplite armies were not sold to other nations and the Romans clearly never sold their other nations. However the sole purpose of the Swiss mercenaries of the middle ages was to be sold to the powers of Europe. Yet the section were pleasantly written so I let them be.
